| Good news my two silvers have had seven eggs, but only two have hatched, both hatched tonight, the rest are clear, the cock java is my original Silver bird and the hen is one of Steve Nesbitt’s Silvers, I hope to have some photos soon. | ||||||

| Not so good news today, I have just been down to the bird room to inspect the new chicks only to find the second chick did not make it out of the shell, it was half way there before it died, I can not be sure at the moment, but I don't think the hen is feeding the first chick properly |
